Y’all she had an entire super popular children’s series before hunger games. Her Underland Chronicles were a staple in most libraries and on many class lists. She had a healthy tv writing resume. She didn’t just write three books and walk away. A big part of her writing career started in 1991. Which means she was writing and working before then to get in the door.

Dont marginalize the career of a woman that spanned over two decades! She earned the right to take a break. I hope she decides to write more stories. She has created and written in a lot of really cool worlds outside the hunger games.
